Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to availability.
To initiate an exchange, please email us first to confirm stock availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please email us at offthemillclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

Additional Notes

Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
